Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a
return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable
Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or custom-made items
How to
Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@verdantvibe.com with your order number and reason
for return.
- Receive Authorization: We'll send you a return
authorization number and shipping instructions.
- Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely with all
original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
- Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping
service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of
your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original method of payment
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same
product, contact us at hello@verdantvibe.com.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are
non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exception: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective
item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Late or
Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your
refund is officially posted)
- Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is
posted)
