Return Policy

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely with all original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
  4. Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at hello@verdantvibe.com.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exception: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  3. Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted)
